The Panasonic TX-P42G20B , a 42 inch full HD Plasma TV . It comes fully equipped with intergrated Freeview -HD Tuner and Free-sat. Freeview allows you to gain extra channels as well as getting you ready for the digital switch; Free-sat allows those who currently own a sky dish to gain up to a further 140 digital channels, radio stations and services including HD and BBC iplayer, without more payments or subscriptions required .

VIERA NeoPDP attains a contrast ratio of over 5,000,000:1, thus conveying darker blacks and a brighter whites. There is also a brand new featurefunction called ‘Game mode’ that has an anti-image retension setting, and quicker image response time to increase enjoyment for keen game players .
With VIERA CAST you can now get internet content on your television . News and sports are simple to access as well as online videos and photos etc . Skype and Twitter are the latest additions to VIERA CASTS awesome online content, and will be available in a couple of months .
The set up takes under ten minutes and offers all of the appropriate functions . THX mode automatically fine-tunes colour, contrast and black levels, and reproduces cinema-like quality images. The clarity of the picture is incredible and makes you want to re-watch your whole dvd collection

Panasonic have taken an environmentally friendly approach to the most recent VIERA TV’s, adopting an ‘eco mode’ to conserve energy. When you are not using the television , eco mode will put it into sleep mode for you. It also adjusts according to the environment; so will use less power if the room’s darkly-lit etc. Panasonic have also put a stop to using lead and mercury, that used to be prevalent in the majority of flat screens.
The TX-P42G20B is a wonderful TV and represents excellent value for money.
